The Tehran Gallery app bridges the gap between art enthusiasts and galleries by offering an intuitive platform for exploring, purchasing, and engaging with art. Designed with a user-first approach, the app seamlessly integrates discovery, auctions, and personalized recommendations to enhance the art experience for users.
Project Goals
Personalized Art Interaction: Empower users with personalized QR codes for picking up artwork, identifying pieces, and seamless check-in experiences at the gallery.
Direct Art Transactions: Enable direct purchases and auction participation, providing a secure and convenient way to own art.
Curated Recommendations: Showcase daily slides of available artworks tailored to users' purchase and search history for enhanced engagement.
Research Process
Interviews:
Conducted 11+ hours of interviews with key stakeholders, including:
- Art Director (3.5 hours): Insights into gallery curation and inventory management.
- Staff: Event manager, sales manager, showcase director, and PR manager, each providing unique perspectives on their operational needs.
Accessibility (A11Y):
Designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring inclusivity for users with various needs. Color contrast and design elements were rigorously tested for readability and usability.

STAKEHOLDERS FOCUS
Our research revealed specific concerns and priorities for different stakeholders. Based on interviews and surveys, we identified the most critical keywords associated with drivers’ needs:
